Shipment Processing Time

All orders are aimed to be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, and are delivered using Royal Mail tracked shipping service for all orders, including International orders. (Shipped from London, United Kingdom)

The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery address which will be shown at the checkout. 

Estimated Delivery Times

UK (Domestic Shipping) - 2-3 Business Days

Europe - 5-7 Business Days

Rest of World (US, Canada, etc..) - 7-12 Business Days

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any delays that occur during transit that are out of our control such as custom clearance, strikes, severe weather conditions.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the order on Royal Mail website. https://www.royalmail.com/ 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For the orders that are shipped outside the United Kingdom, we are not responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order.

All fees (tariffs, import taxes, custom duties) incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address once confirmed by the customer during the checkout. Customer is responsible to input the correct address and review to ensure it is accurate, as once dispatched, we cannot recall the shipment. 

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost packages - If your package is lost in transit or has not been delivered over a week from the delivery estimated date, please contact us and we will look into it with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Items - In the unlikelihood of your order arriving damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately with your order number and receipt. Also please send us photos of the damage or the defect as you have opened it, we will check and arrange for a replacement or refund.
